Terms of Use for Our App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age and are legally capable of entering into these Terms, or if you are between 13 and 18, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

2. Your Account

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• User-Generated Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including chat messages and tasks. You agree that your content will not be illegal, offensive, harmful, defamatory, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
• Collaboration Features: When you create or are assigned tasks, or participate in chat rooms within an organization, your content and task details (title, notes, due date, status, assigned user) will be visible to other members of that organization. You consent to this sharing of information for collaborative purposes.

4. Google API Services Usage

• Our Service integrates with Google Tasks API to provide task management functionality. By connecting your Google Account and granting the necessary permissions, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Data Access: We will access your Google Tasks data (including but not limited to task lists, tasks, titles, notes, due dates, and status) to synchronize and manage your tasks within our application.
• Compliance with Google Policies: Your use of the Service, specifically in relation to Google API Services, is also subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to comply with all applicable Google policies.
• Data Usage: We will only use the data obtained from Google APIs to provide and improve the user-facing features of our Service that are prominently described in our Privacy Policy and these Terms. We will not use or transfer the data for purposes that are unrelated to providing the core functionality of the Service.
  We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of your Google Workspace data is strictly limited to providing and improving core user-facing features. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or sharing with unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Our Company and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Our Company.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR COMPANY, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Our Company and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms; or c) content posted on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
